Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Arise Digital Brands, we do consider refund requests but only under certain conditions. Refunds will be provided only if all the following conditions are fully met:

A refund can be issued if a product or service clearly does not function as expected or cannot be delivered as promised, even after our team has tried to resolve the issue through support. The issue must be reported within 15 days from the date of purchase or project start.

Please note, refunds will not be granted:

  • If the problem is due to third-party tools or platform incompatibility.
  • If you simply change your mind after the project has started or after receiving partial service.
  • If you fail to meet the basic requirements or prerequisites needed for us to deliver the service.
  • For any service or project purchased on discount or under a promotional offer.
  • For customized or tailored solutions, once the work has started, as this is considered a service and not a product.

We reserve the right to accept or decline refund requests based on the situation and our internal evaluation.
